22:18 Small correction, Kaido was apologizing for the stunt of Higurashi, the old lady that pretended to be Momo and distracted Oden during his fight with Kaido and she was executed for it. A flashback to the scene with Higurashi was even shown in the anime (ep. 974) when Kaido said that.

About sanji in kamabakka, as a trans woman I was really sad about the fact that none of them were really beautiful (compare to one piece characters) and for the main time of sanji there, ivanko was there too(which can easily turned them much more beautiful and more womanize) and be aware of the fact that sanji is not drawn to any woman, he doesn't kick any woman, but only lured towards pretty one, so to this facts, sanji sees them as woman but not beautiful one, hence he start to run away (which is his primary instinct throw traumatic childhood) so he develops moon walk(which was the whole point of his time there, to get stronger). So in some way oda had to draw ugly ones, other wise sanji wouldn't run away and wouldn't get stronger

I think part of the problem is that there are stories that have similar elements to Killing Stalking but are BL stories that legitimately romanticized abuse and things like that. People aren't necessarily taking this stuff out of nowhere. There's enough similarities to other existing media that if you're not paying attention, you won't see the stark differences.

I always interpreted the conclusion to be about how people need to be in a constant state of searching, in a constant state of forward movement, as that is what is able to keep people going through life. That's why the search for paradise is contrasted with these false paradises in the series (the Nobles' paradise, as well as the false paradise Kiba and then later those poor soldiers get trapped in), because they keep people stagnated.

One Piece women are some of the best written women I have seen. Even if Toei insists on making their fucking Y I T T I E S take up half the screen (Rebecca especially). I hold a grudge against fire force because GYATTDAMN can't that cat girl keep her cloths on for F I V E M I N U T E S !? Tamaki's entire purpose in fire force is just fan-service. She has nothing of value. In contrast, I appreciate that before the fan-service and gratuitous angles, the women of One Piece are actual characters with depth. I know that's not exactly a unique quality, and in most cases, the bare minimum. But again, I'm bitter about Fire Force. Fuck. That. Cat.
